One of my Gouramis has a little white thing under one of his antenae things and my Lima has a white fuzzy looking thing on his fin. Is this ick or fin rot, or is it nothing to worry about. Tried to get a picture but the picture was all fuzzy and you couldn't see anything.

Ick is going to be little white bumps. Hard to tell without a pic

It is fin rot. I have already done a water change, now what should I do. I plan to feed less and try and avoid overfeeding.

If you don't have a smaller tank to throw it in and treat, treating the entire tank won't harm anyone else, will just be more expensive... Just keep up on your water changes and you should be fine.. If the other fish start messing with the injured Gourami and stressing it out, then I would move him to a seperate tank if you don't already.

Get some of the API meds. I just fought off some fin rot on a few new fish with it. Do what the instructions tell you to: Dose tank. Wait 24 hours. Do 25% water change. Redose tank. Repeat as necessary! It works fantastically.
