I wouldn't get a fish just for those purposes. I'd just add a few minutes to my maintanance schedule.

dip your feet into a koi or carp pond lol. gives you a foot massage plus it tickles your toes lol

I encourage you to only buy a fish that you intend to keep and care for because you want that fish specifically. There is no fish that will clean the bottom of your tank for you. There is not substitute for routine maintenance and cleaning.
