I have a 150-200 gallon pond base thingy and i was gonna build it into the ground in my back yard....Would it be big eneugh for 2 baby koi for thier entire lives? Thanks

So what your saying is baby koi stay baby for life?

Unfortuanetly this isnt the case. Koi have been reported to live over 210 years. Search 'Hanako'.

Koi easily grow 3 feet under 10 years.
So you're gonna need roughly 1000G+ per adult 2.5-3ft koi.

By baby I presume you mean under 6". In this case, the 150-200G might last you what, a year maxxxxx?

Koi grow slower in smaller ponds but they still grow. A 150 to 250 gallon pond isn't big enough IMO for goldfish...let alone Koi.

Grow them out for 6mo's to a year (depending on size) then sell/trade them for new babies...unless you get attached to them, then you'll be building a new pond :D
