I was taking apart my 220 gallon, and i chipped the edges. on the side of the glass.

Should i be worried if i use the glass?

I chipped the main viewing glass (90x24x.5) and 1 of the 3 side glasses, (23x24x.5)

the chips are small, and are not cracks.

In all likelihood, you don't have much to worry about. Post a picture(s) of the chip(s). I studied crack propagation back in the day.

Depending on the size of the chip, I wouldn't worry about it. I did the same thing n a couple spots on my 500 as I was tearing it down and it will be fine I'm sure.

Since you are using it in the plywood box frame, you have nothing to worry about. I was thinking you were putting the tank back together as a glass tank. If it really bothers you, you can have the pieces cut down to eliminate the chipped areas. But really they won't be a problem either way.
