So my Heros Efasciatus pair have been spawning regularly for a couple of years now but they always end up eating the fry at young age.
I was wondering, how should I extract the eggs and what should I do with them so they hatch?

Step-by-step instructions would be appreciated

Do they eat the eggs or fry? If it's only the fry, let the parents hatch the eggs and then siphon out the fry with a piece of hose or airline tubing once they hatch.

They eat the fry. But can I just put the fry in a ten gallon tank with an air pump?
Should I put them in a smaller container at first?

A ten gallon is fine. I grow my fry out in 20 gallon bare-bottom tanks with a heater and sponge filter. Once they are about 1" I move them to a 55 gallon to continue growing out.

Okay thanks! I should start feeding them as soon as they are free swimming right?

Yes, once they go free-swimming they will take newly hatched brine shrimp or powdered fry foods.

Thank you Ryan! You've been very helpful!

When I got up this morning I saw that the Heros Efasciatus pair had laid eggs overnight. Not just that, also my oscars, sadly the eggs weren't fertilized, I think they might be two females.
