Hello. I was hoping someone with first hand knowledge/experience can answer a few questions for me. I've done so much research and still find tons on conflicting information. I have a one and a half year old Super Red Monkey Flowerhorn. His temperament definitely suggests that he is a SRM but I was wondering if there are any other tell tale signs of being one? The reason I ask leads me to my next few questions. Right now he is a pink color with little gray spots and vertical gray lines that come and go. Considering his age, will he ever develop that intense, dark red color? Also, he definitely has a prominent hump on his head but it is nowhere near as large as some. Will that get larger in time or is he pretty much done coloring and growing? Thanks in advance!

For the hump it is mainly genetics and can also be high quality food
