Questions about my new FX5

Hello. I just received my brand new FX5 in the mail today. I also received some filter media. This is where I need help. What should I put in the bottom, middle, and top tray and how much of it? All three trays already have foam around them. Here is the media I have to work with:

1x Fluval Fine Filter Pads (Pack of 3)
1x Fluval Water Polishing Pads (Pack of 3)
1x Fluval Zeo-Carb (Pack of 3)
1x Fluval Pre-Filter
5x Fluval BioMax (500g each)
1x Fluval Lab Series Opti-Carb
1x Fluval Lab Series Nitrate Remover
1x Fluval Lab Series Phosphate Remover

The FX5 will be used on a 120 gallon (60LX18WX26T) or a 150 gallon (48LX24WX30T). Either way the tank will be Freshwater and consist of the following fish:

1x Red Tailed Black Shark (Epalzeorhynchos bicolor)
5x Clown Loaches (Chromobotia macracanthus)
8x Roseline Sharks (Puntius denisonii)
20x Tiger Barb (Puntius tetrazona)
10x Glo Fish (Danio rerio)
2x Bristlenose Pleco (Ancistrus sp.)

I am still unsure about the Clown Loaches.

All help/advice is greatly appreciated. Feel free to ask if you need anymore information. Thanks in advance.

I'd return the prefilter and lab series products. You biomax should be all you need in the trays, purigen or chemipure would be good choices if you want something other than just the biomax. Fine and polishing pads are good to have but id only use when needed unless you like opening your canister every week.

Sadly I cannot as that stuff came as a kit with the FX5. I was thinking of putting the prefilter in the top and then BioMax in the bottom two. How does that sound?

That's your best bet. If you use the pads they plug up in two days in my tanks, worthless in my opinion.
 
That is fine, you'll still have more than enough bio.
 
Hahaha JUST GOT MY FX5 IN THE MAIL TOO!!!!

PREFILTER IN THE TOP BASKET AND A BOX OF BIO MAX UNDER THE PREFILTER AND THE BOTTOM AND MIDDLE ALL BIOMAX!!! THE BIO ONCE SEEDED WILL EAT ALL UR WASTE/AMMONIA AND TURN IT INTO NITRATE, IF YOU WANT PUT A POLISHING PAD ONTOP OF PREFILTER MEDIA BUT BE PREPARED TO CHANGE IT EVERY OTHER WEEK

I LOVE THIS FILTER IT KILLS MY XP4!

ALSO U CAN SELL A PACKAGE DEAL OF ALL THE LAB SERIS AND OTHER MEDIA U DONT NEED VIA EBAY AND ULL MAKE 60-80$
