i have a pleuro and was wondering how do you get them to change their colours to have that kinda black spotted pattern on them? ive seen them in videos on youtube before and they're awesome.. guide here?

i was also wondering where in KL can i get a channa Marulioides or any of the dwarf species.. they're awesome too. preferably in pudu market if they're available there.

pleuros have the spots on their body pretty much from when they're born, if you don't seen them on your snakehead, its either a genetic mutation or not a pleuro. posts pics just to be sure.

i cant post pictures now coz my camera's battery is dead and i can't find the charger.. but this picture is probably what best describes my SH.. probably identical lols and the same size too i guess

most lfs at pudu you can find juvenile marulioides and some times bleheri, pulchra and gachua. if you looking for bleheri, go dragon aquarium sg buloh.

More detail about Pudu?

I justed came back from KL last week. I familiar only with KLCC and midvelleys.
My taxi driver can not sugguest anything about lfs there.

Thks.

yup this one, ask the taxi jalan pasar Pudu. the snakehead is seasonal but marulioides almost everyday.

marulioides is seasonal too, but fortunately now is the right season, I bought 1 last week.
