questions about pregnant rays

Other than movement, what are other giveaways that your female ray is preggo? I just got a 10in WC female motoro. She has a pretty big belly and shows that JLO booty. I am starting to think she is preggo. :popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:
 
nice!, take a pic of her, 10" is a little small for a pregnacy but its not unheard of
 
Shes 10in pushing 11in. From the pics she looks like a white triple spot motoro. :grinno: I am loving her more and more each day. I would love for her to be preggo too. Then I won't have to find her a mate. Here are some pics from a few minutes ago. She is very camera shy.
 
I feed everyone twice a day, she gets one whole market shrimp and 2-3 cut up night crawlers each feeding. This was maybe 2 hours after I fed her.
 
what do you mean finding her a mate? isn't she with a mate already that's why she is pre? To me its look like she is having a full meal. Usually you will see a bite mark on the female when they interact.
 
tought to tell... in about a month you should see movement .... with a ray that small it would most likly be only one pup
 
I have only had her for a week. I am thinking her got preggo before she got to me. Either in the wild or when in captivity. I know its a long shot, but I have heard stores about recieving a pregnant ray. I just started thinking about it after reading someones thread about separating a breeding pair.
