I want to get a senegal bichir but I have some questions, websites Ive looked at say different things.
Whats their minumun tank size? I have a 55 gallon but in the summer Im going to upgrade to a 90 or a 125.
Also will they be agressive/ eat any of my tiger barbs, glass catfish, tiretrack eel, clown loaches or a black ghost knife.
And is there anything special about them that I should know before buying one?

Bichirs are not "aggressive", they're just hungry. They WILL eat anything they can fit in their mouthes and do not, I repeat: DO NOT underestimate what they get get in their mouth, I've seen horrifying things, lol. Just make sure you have fish much bigger than it's mouth. A 55 is fine for a small bichir and Senegals (on average) grow to be 12", yes, SOME get to be huge, but it's very rare that they grow over a foot. If you upgrade in the summer, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

An eel? No way. How big is your eel?? The tiger barbs could be in danger. How many and how big are the barbs? I had an ornate eat a barb that was WAY too big for it once. Bichirs grow rather quickly when well fed, so I'd get a small one (personally) and watch it grow rather than get one that is already a beast.

The eel is only like 6 inches now but they get to around 30, i have 7 small tiger barbs and want to get 5 more, if I do get a senegal Id wait till my tiger barbs get bigger

Today, I saw mine which is only about 4 1/2 inches long eat an entire large earth worm that I had meant for the spotted eel. I kept thinking "where is that worm going? Then he wanted more.. Wow!

But I've never seen him act even slightly aggressive.
