hi all, new to this forum, hoping to learn something here. i was wondering can an endy live in a poor oxygen level large blue tub? wats the min living space for just 1 endy? thks for reading.

Well we could debate the finer points of bichir endurance ( which is considerable ) or use a little common sense and say it bluntly
question 1. For the love of God no - Maybe a day or so and thats assuming you can keep him from crawling out in that much time.
question 2. Id say 75 gal for an Endi minimum with floor space being whats important.

No get at least a 75g aquarium with a good footprint,height isnt that imprtant or just dont get any fish.
And why would you want to do this anyway?

Without proper filtration you're endli will die of ammonia poisoning. Doesn't matter if they are air breather or it won't like the surface area of the tub and will find a way to get out and you'll soon see it dried up on the floor. Get a proper tank or a pond and just wondering how big is the "large blue tub" anyway?
