Questions on 3M black sand

Hello all,
Just wondering where I can buy 3M black quartz sand, and how much it costs. I can get the tahiti moon sand for $15 for 20 lbs. Anyone think that the tahiti is a better sand? Also, how much sand would I need to cover most of my 75s bottom?
 
Bump. I'm in NJ and couldn't find a place to pick it up. I went to two pool places and they looked me like I had two heads. I went to the 3M site and could find a dealer.

I on the other hand cant find any close to me and have gotten prices like 35 a bag plus at least that much per bag to ship it. So I bailed on the 3m idea and im getting estes ultra reef sand in black. Slightly different look but a buck a pound and I can drive 5 min to get it from my lfs.
