Building a small deck and filtration setup for my turtle pond.

I have 4 small boxes made from plywood that i play to fiberglass so it can hold water and be used as the filter for the pond.

I have used filberglass before but never with water/ponds/filters.

Questions:

1.How many layers of fiber glass should i be using on the boxes?
-Im guessing atleast 1-2 layers and extra pieces in corners/cracks?
-The far right box will only have 1-2" of water in it, will i need to put fiberglass cloth all the way up the sides or just halfway and the rest resin?

2. Will regular bondo fiberglass cloth and bondo resin work fine?

3. Should i drill the holes for the bulkheads then fiberglass and put resin inside holes? Or should i fiberglass the boxes, then drill holes for bulkheads?

4. Anyone know a Spot in socal that sells fiberglass cloth by the roll?

Pictures below
The far right box(5)will be shallow and i will attempt to run an algae scrubber there. Water will be pumped into box 1, then 2, then 3, 4 and then thru two bulkheads back into the pond.

Thank you for your time.
