I was reading about pump sizing and turn over rates. I have a few quick questions to make sure im on the right track! I am looking at a 96x30x25 tank out of acrylic and i figured the size would equal to 303.12 Gal. I did the calculations to the turn over rate of the tank that i want to be 3 turn overs per hr. my calculations came up with a pump that is 909 GPH. Just want to make sure my calculations are correct. so what size sump would i need to be adequate for my tank? Any input would be great... Thanks in advance!

Typical sump size is about 1/4 to 1/3 of you tank size, but if done properly, you can get away with less. One person I know of in particular runs 360G of tanks on a 55G sump for example.
