Questions on Sharks and tank build and costs!

Ok i have been researching and i like the bamboo sharks.

I will be building a plywood tank that is 96"L x 48"W x 24"H .

I live in Indiana so we have hot Summers and Cold Winters.

My first question would be what could i expect the cost to be in a ball park range for maintaining this setup Electric and Water?

Has anyone thought of buying/using solar panels to help with electric?

Bamboo sharks good for this size? If not what types that are not rare/super expensive are?

Im sure i will have more questions but i will start with these.

Ok i have done some digging and found that i am probably looking at $20-40 extra a month on electric and maybe $10-30 on water.

I am guessing a solar panel would help with the electric.

How do you heat the water in a tank that size?

How many sharks could i keep in a tank this size?

Heating something that size would best be done with a titanium inline heater (or a drop in depending on how you are doing the filtration).

You could keep a few bamboos in there.
