I'm switching some fish from my 29 gallon tank to my brand new 50, but I want to do a bath/dip with quick cure before putting them in the 50. The fish include tetras, platies, danios, catfish and a couple small cichlids.

I plan on treating them in an aerated bucket. How much quick cure do I use? I know it's supposed to be a more concentrated solution than the bottle recommends...

Thanks!

Quick cure is a medication used to cure ich. It is not used as a bath. Do your fish have ich? If not why would you use it?

+1, if your worried about stress put a tad of api stress coat in the new tank. Is it cycled? If not transfer your 29gallon filter to your 50 without cleaning it!

i really wouldnt treat healthy fish, if they have a disease thats one thing, but doing it just because is a waste and unnecessary. it will stress your fish and most likely do more harm than good if u dont notice anythig unusual.

Fish are already switched, no bath, decided I didn't need to stress them more than necessary... I used 10 gallons of water from their orig. tank and used the same filter pad and bio wheel on the new filter (both use the same size pads, penguin 170 and 200).
