Quick cure does it work on gill flukes?

Just as the title reads.. My fish are flashing the rocks constantly And I dont want to let it get worse. All I have in the med cabinet is quick cure and ich cure buddies by Jungle.

I don't think it is too effective, I'd go with something like clout

My severum did that before showing obvious signs of ich... Have you completely ruled that out?

Could be ich. I already vacuumed the tank to remove half the water replaced it with good water now im treating with quick cure. Wish me luck I can't Lose my favorite fish. Also I left the light colored gravel and all the lava rocks and plastic plants. Will it stain them ?

if you really think it is ich, just go with salt/heat and not bother with quick cure

The tank is dosed with quick cure as I am not sure what is wrong but the fish are glancing on the rocks constantly. Hopefully this will remedy the situation.

What I thought was gill flukes may be ich indeed. Small white spots on my JD on his pectoral fins and a few on his body. Explains the scratching. I keep a damn clean tank so for this to happen it must have been brought in.
