quick filter ?

I'm setting up my 40g breeder and I'm filling the tank with water (manually..smh) and the water is very cloudy. Do I start the filter while the water is cloudy or wait until the water clears to start filter?

Run the filter, and if possible put in some extra filter floss or a polishing pad to help clear the water faster. Poly-fill from a craft store is a great, cheap way to go, when it's dirty you just pull it out and toss it, no cleaning required.
