on all of the frozen food packages it always say "do not use if thawed". my question is what will go wrong if it was thawed and re frozen. i know when i buy blood worms just the trip home they start to thaw out some.

It could actually have started to decompose. That's why the warning is on there. If it stays cold, and re-freezes immediately, you should be fine. The warning is there so that consumers don't buy thawed food or food that they're not sure how long has been thawed.
