QUICK I.D. PLEASE

Can you guys Id this fish? We recieved a mixed lot of cichlids and their was a pair of these guys in their, Im not worried about price, they will be cheap. I just want an Id so that I can post them for sale, Let me know, thanks John

Looks like a rainbow cichlid (Herotilapia multispinosa) to me.

this one is not yellow, I googled rainbow cichlid and none of them looked like this. thanks

I'm terrible at ID'ing Aequidens, but it appears to me to be an Aequidens diadema. Though it is stressed and they all look very similar to me.

Thanks, I googled the species name you listed and they do look like the acara, so I beilive your id is correct, Thanks John

Jumping too quick to conclusions are we? Not all aequidens look similar. It's pretty easy to find the differences between this aequidens and an aequidens rivulatus (green terror).

Right...I was meaning more along the lines of coeruleopunctatus, diadema, and metae, but I doubt you've heard of them.

No way is it a nic, just look at the mouth.

Its a little off colour port acara/brown acara same thing ,,it will colour up when it settles in......
