By the Beach!
Well I've been keeping fish for over 3 years now and have yet to have an ick outbreak but finally my luck ran out. I've already treated the tank with 2 teaspoons of salt per gallon and bumped the temp to 86.

But to my question, I want to do a water change but I will be using the same hose for other tanks so what is way to disinfect the hose so I dont spread the ick?

Use hot or boiling water, or simply get a new hose. Wouldn't try 10% bleach solution without fear of leaving residues in it.

I'd try to get a different hose to do it, which is what I do between my tank and my wife's
