Quick ID on my Wolf Fish

Wanted to see if you guys could ID my wolf fish. Thought it could be a black wolf fish when i picked it up but seems a bit lighter than I thought. What do you guys think? Ignore Reptar, who is a bit nosy and doesn't like not being the center of attention.

Far be it from me to question Kevin, he really does know his stuff, but do you have any other pics of this little guy? also, how long do you think he is? Looks kind of skinny to be a Mala..... but maybe mine (same guy in my profile pic) is just a little lumpier than others.

He appears to have an fairly unusual pattern, but everything else says Mala to me. A nice head shot will confirm.

Yup, that's a Mala. They tend to be, but some are more active than others.
