You think I could get away with running a 250w Stealth heater on this?;
150 gallon pond

I was thinking yes. 2 would probably be ideal, but I was thinking I could get away with 1. I've never heated a pond before.
I keep my house at 75. I figure I'd ask y'all before I order.
$19 on petmountain.com by the way.

yes, but put it in the outtake of the rubbermaid so that its heating less water. It will work, but it will not be fast. I use a 250w stealth by itself in my 125 gallon tanks and they do the job.

I don't have any experience with that brand heater or ponds, so...

I have a marineland glass heater, either 250 or 300 watt I forget, that has heated my 125g with no problems for years. Even held it at a consistent 86 a couple months ago when I was treating for Ich.

back on point...the 250w heater might be running almost nonstop to heat 150g of uncovered (right?) water.

what temperature do you plan to keep the tank at?

Not too high. Probably 79-80. My snook/trimacs can handle the colder temps, but my SRT isn't doing well in the colder water. I think I'll stick with the one 250w.

Now I can either put it inside the rubbermaid filter (which I would prefer not to do), strap it to the pvc outlet going into the water from the filter, to the separator in the middle of the pond, or to the pvc coming up from the pump at the bottom.
