Quick Question about Ansorgiis w/ pics

I picked up 2 6" Ansorgiis last month. They're kind of a light grey color. I have them in a tank with black sand and a black background and I want them to have deep dark colors. Will they become darker eventually or will they probably stay lighter colored? Here's some pics of them:

Those are AnsorgiixEndli hybrids. They should have darker colors but patterns will look faded.

Here is a pic of my hybrid juvi (5") behind 2 pure breed Kamihata Ansorgii (4").

Look at the difference in head shape asnwell as base color.
