I'm pretty sure it won't cuz I've used it and sometimes use there chlorine conditioner I switched to prime way more expensive but more concentrated

Well water conditioner shouldn't but I know certain meds will kill it.

You might be ok the only ingredient i dont know if will harm it is metronidazole it's an anti-bacterial of sorts not shure that it will harm biofilter though. Just do what i do and dont use full doses of meds to limit stress on the fish and filter. Ive done that for years with no problem.
