35 PPM of nitrate found in water.

All I did was start feeding new food. Its been about 2 weeks since last water change.

I just got prime water conditioner also, so I think that would help because I have chloramine instead of cholorine.

I'm doing a 1/3 water change, what else should I do.

How deadly is 35 ppm of nitrate? This is the only water parameter that is out of whack.

Ammonia : .25 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
PH: On target

do more water changes. but 35ppm is not that bad. ive read that 40 or less is acceptable

35 ppm aint that bad at all (depending on the fish of course if you had a very sensitive fish like discus id worry ) but if you wanna get it down do more water changes and /or add a bunch of live plants (ive heard they dotn help eat nitrates much but im sure they do help a bit )

but main thing is

MORE WATER CHANGES
