don't know much about hat one..i've never used that bulb.

didn't i give you a link with the best UVB tubes for like 20 bucks? LOL.

phoenix worms are good, maybe not as a staple though as they contain tons of calcium and more phosphorous than pretty much any other feeder insect which may cause problems if they are fed exclusively. i'd feed them maybe twice or 3 times a week and crickets 3-4 days a week.
 
phoenix worms are excellent when given in conjunction with crickets. i agree with oscar on that one.

flukers uvb 10.0 strip light is what i use and is what the breeder of my dragon recommended.

oh ya i forgot about that thanks for reminding me lol
its just that my lhs dosent cary that many types of uvb bulbs and flukers is all they have for 25 bucks
and zoo meds reptisun bulbs are 50 at petco and i dont wana spend that much lol
