Does anyone know the length of a standard 55 gallon light bulb??

If you have one fixture spanning the length of the tank its 48". Those are more common on old set ups with big T12 bulbs, new setups have 2 24" bulbs.

just measured my T5 bulbs. the box says theyre 46" but in fact they are only 45 and 1/8th inches long.
