Guys, plz a quick reply: will a 25 cm dat kill my 20 cm ornate bichirs or can they go together? and will it harm my 22 cm plecos?

It shouldn't be a problem unless the ornate can fit in the datnoid's mouth, and I don't think it will. 20 cm (8 inches) is when most bichirs start putting some girth on. Also, the pleco should be just fine. Dats generally won't bother anything they can't swallow, but they do occasionally display some aggression towards other dats.
