quick shelly tank question?

would a rubber nose pleco be a good choice in a 29g tank with ocellatus in it? or bristle nose? or no pleco at all?

Never had a rubber nose pleco before so I'm not sure. But i did have a vampire pleco and a golden nugget pleco in with my shellies and never had a problem. Its because those 2 plecos are lazy and don't bother anyone.

either is fine, but I'd go with the bristlenose, much better at algae control

ok thanks. n im pretty sure rubbernose is smaller than vamp and gold nug. so that should help a lot

i would go bristlenose if its to keep the algae down, my bristlenose does a far better job then my rubberlip

i agree, both would be fine but in my experience, the bristle nose does a better job
