What is the best, fastest, and safest way to remove the black paint from the back of my tank?

It is a 180 glass, that I had the LFS paint black when I ordered the tank from them.

Any recommendations from past experience would be greatly appreciated.

if its on the outside of the tank. I've used acetone and paint remover with no side affect. Using a blade may take a long time and may scratch up your tank.

I would challenge the paint stripper or acetone idea. That can't be good on your silicone or the plastic trim.

A razor blade or a glass scraper will work fine and will not take very long typically. Paint normally doesn't adhere to glass real well.

Be carefull around your silicone (and fingers).

use industrial razor blades and a good steel handle make one slow pass turn over and do again then change the blade it may seem like waste but you shouldnt get any scratchs this way

I use a razer blade all the time to remove paint from glass, it wont scratch any glass if you use it correctly. Acetone or paint thinner will just make a HUGE mess and most likely eat up the silicone.
