With running the air-conditioners and all the crap and the heat..the circuit popped around 9 am this morning..did not know this in till 5:30..looked at my tank and saw no moving water coming from the output..I had to cut the pvc out put to pill out the pump..It was fried , i cleaned the impeller and it started to spin but not fast..thaNKS GOD, I had the fx5 running or my fishes would of been toast....It was a quiet 6000 pump, i thought it might work so i put it back into the wet/dry and plugged it in and it stated but stopped...Well good news is I bought a brand new mag 18 with 1800gph compared to my 1506 on the quiet for 100 bucks, HOLY schinkes the water moves 10x more and it is quiet as can be....Was always told the mags were really loud.>Im happy with my purchase and so are my fish..Any of you have mag pumpos and how do you like them???
