quietist pump

anybody have an idea of the quietist pump that'll work for my 100g tank's 60g sump?

I am having a brain lapse now on the brand, but It was one of these. If you call they will help. I originally got a little giant and sent that loud thing back. The new one was great.

Little giants are a bit loud, but man, they're reliable as hell. So far my quietest pump has been my reeflo dart (damn near silent), but it's overkill for your setup. I imagine their smaller pumps would be quieter.

i have not tried many pumps but my rio is pretty darn quiet

Quiet One is quiet hence the name. I have it in my 30G sump next to my bed. It only makes noises when its sucking up air.

you will probably get as many different answers as there are pump manufactures, but i like the mag drive pumps, for me best quality with the quietest pump.

Unless it's a 9000. The quiet one 9000 is the loudest pump I've ever heard (I've had 2 of them).

Agree. Unless those things are submerged they are loud.

You should hear them inline then. I thought it was broke so I took it back. The new one was just as bad.
