Disappointed that the quietone pumps dont come with a sponge or strainer. My friends Mag pump came with it. Couldnt find anywhere that sells BOTH the sponge and strainer. The sponge is about $9 and the strainer was like $16!
Will a regular strainer and something like an aquaclear sponge work? I read where a guy attached a 1" 90 degree elbow and sawed so it had "teeth". Any other ideas or recommendations? Thank you in advance.
