There is what i would call a semi chain fish store in my city (only 4 stores),but thier fish are usually decent.Well my question is they have a tank full of 2-3 inch Jardini's,they are selling them for 70 dollars.I have never owned 1 before so i dont know much about them.Is this a good price for this size fish??Also i only have a 100 gal tank right now but will be upgrading come tax time(getting 180 OR 200 GAL)could this work out for now??Any other info is really appreciated!!!!!tHANKS!!

Around here(Colorado) 4-5" run about $45-60. Assuming your 125g is 72" x 18" x 21" you could keep a jardini in that tank comfortably until tax time next April. By the the jar will be 8-9" and nearing the size that they are known to go psycho.

remember you are most likely going to see that Jar alone in a single tank. He might accept tankmate but that like playing with the devil. That tank 125 is good for a year of the jar life at that size. I don't know about the price though, california price are cheaper. Jar that size only about 35-50.
