Follow advises from fish experts, I am looking to buy a strong and quite air pump. Preferably not the cheap, made in china one, new or old does not matter as long as it is quite. I will pay fair money for your item. Thanks all.
Here is a general question regarding oxygen.
- Does increasing the level of oxygen in the water will stimulate the growth rate and the size of the fish?
 
Go with Alita brand pumps. They are about as quiet as you can get.

EDIT: Of course, Alita's are big pumps. What size pump are you looking for?
