My friend jumped yesterday while I was at work and school.
Went searching around the room for 45 minutes.
Finally found him camouflaged by dust bunnies right under the tank.
Put him back in the tank to 'soak', perhaps to 'snap out of it', being a Polypterid...
This morning, after no change was noted, a burial service was conducted in the front garden.
Apparently, a plexi-glass lid with huge, heavy rocks on it just wasn't enough.

Whenever it happened, I must not have noticed the lid being jostled. Thankfully, he was the only jump risk. Everyone else is a bottom-dweller.

do you have an opening near the filter or heater? they will get through any hole at all
