It does look bloated.

I had one a while back that had callamanus worms, which I began treating with Levimasole. He died a few days later with similar bloating.

he had quite a heavy meal the night before so i think he's more full then bloated..water perameters were nitrites 0 nitrates 10ppm and ammonia 0.2 which i know isnt perfect but its also not to bad

What were you feeding it?
I had an oscar crunch a snail then got a ppiece of shell caught in its digestive tract,
just an idear.

just the usual mix of pellets, mussels and bloodworm mate. i really cant understand this big healthy fish dont usually just drop dead for no reason and i havnt got the slightest idea why its really bugging me!

i didnt mate i was in a bit of a rush had to go to work, i wouldnt have had the first clue what to look for anyway and i dont know weather i could've done it to the big guy!
