sorry for your loss...in the pic it looks to be 36+ inches? how old was it? how did it die?
 
he was 40'' also he was 5 years old he died jumping out the tank he broke the glass sucks huh

dude.... that look like a huge public tank with huge arapaima and pacu in there. You sure this is your own tank? And tanks like this got no glass cover at the top...:screwy:
 
Dude that sucks most arowanas live to be atleast 30 years or more.

next time try acrylic its 40 times stronger than plexiglass.

:ROFL: I agree, look at the reflection in the glass. A long row of lights with an exit sign above a double doorway in the distance. To the side of the door is a stone wall. Definetally not "home" aquaria:( :thumbsdow
 
Looks bigger than 300 gal to me. Too high. And i agree with Bderick67, you can see the doorway lol

Sorry for your loss if it really was your fish, but it looks like a public aquarium to me.
