Anyone here bred or owned one of these before? I'm trying to make a decision between a breeding pair or a trio of red ackie's in the future.

Dont personally keep them, but i would prefer these over ackies any day...

Yeah I'm inclined to lean towards them to. I've always wanted ackies but these gecko's are extremely cool. I'm having a lot of trouble finding care information, most notably how hard they are to pair off and breed if you simply introduce a female to a male, as well as if there is any sexable morphology vs. venting.

i would go with the leachianus, i think they are alot cooler, and from a business standpoint i think it would be a better idea. so many people want them and they are almost impossible to come by. youll definelty be able to sell them right away.
Fairly easy to come by if you've got deep pockets and hours to spend search'n, but yeah I was thinking the same thing! I can actually get 8 or 9 right now at $300 a peice, which is definately a fair price, but they're juvies and I'm not entirely sure if they're sexable.
I've always wanted one, I mean who wouldn't want a gecko the size of a small cat that was slow moving?
