Rain water????

Hey y'all,
I've got a 55g tank cycling atm and i've had an ammonia spike, the water went cloudy and then cleared up i haven't test parameters yet due my fls not having any master kits, the only problem i have is my water went alkaline and we're getting alot of rain here atm. Will using rain water to regulate my ph mess up my cycle?????

you might want to test whats in the rain water. Also what does it flow over before you collect it. If your water oput of your faucet is junk just go buy gallons of water.

Nope it will be straight outta the sky we've had heavy rains for days!!!!!

Like i said previously test the rain water. Also depends on where you live. Pollutions in the air. etc
