We've been getting the NorCal winter storms. Our river went from the usual

It's been raining a ton here, there's flash flood warnings all over the place.

I live next to the beach and the water levels are going crazy... The water is above the sand level, and there's literally no beach left.

Its rained out here for the past few days too... I never seen it happen here before. Just gives all the sand something to stick too...

Still have salmon going up the river. Yesterday my husband saw a huge salmon trying to swim up a creek that feeds into the river. The fish repeatedly jumped trying to get higher up the creek. Very sad how they work so hard to reach their spawning area and then die.
