Anyone have any? I need some info, and don't say google, I want YOUR info :D Saw a bunch at the Aquarium, now I want one, lol. They are the friendliest birds I've dealt with. I may take the viv I'm building and design it for one of these :naughty:

I have seen these at the Long Beach Aquarium here in SoCal, they are very friendly and beautifully colored birds, bump!

they eat nectar so expect runny poo every 5 10 mins very playful.

not as pretty but great talker n very friendly try a quaker

Nectar and fruit-eaters. Love water bowls deep enough to submerge in for their baths and usually bathe every two to three days. Little noisy, not much of a talker. If hand-tamed they make a good companion a little like feathered monkeys. Downside is the runny poops.

I dont think that would be the best idea. It will be a HUGE hassel to clean especialy with the loris poo. Once it dries it turns into cement practically. It will deplete the look of your viv alot. If you are making any part of it with wood it will destroy it. And in an enclosed viv with a pond there would not be enough air circulation. You also need to have places to hang toys, perches, food and water dishes.
If you are interested in a lori get an actual bird cage for them not a viv. You both will be happier.
