Rainbow lost a fin

I'm not sure what happend. He is about 2 inches long. I have him with a 4" EBA growing out in a 30 gallon tank. But anyway I got home from work tonight and right fine is almost gone. Is there any hope for this guy? He seems to not be too distressed by it. Still swimming around the tank like usual. Is there anything I can do to help him?

Okay so after watching him for a bit longer the fin isn't missing. He's just not using it at all ( when he has it tucked against him it invisible). So any reason this may be?

Even if he did lose it, not a huge deal. Ive a JD with only 1 fin, he gets around great
