Hi,

I have 2 rainbow shark in my tank right now. One older bigger and a baby. I make sure they each have a cave to hide. The 2 get along just fine. Even at the pet store they're all housed together and no agression. Those are really beautiful fish.

Maybe they become more agressive as they grow. In my experience red-tailed shark are more aggresive towards their own kind.

Both of those freshwater shark are really beautiful fish. I have a shoal-school of 12 zebra danio with those that all swim together.

In the lfs they can spread the aggression especially if its like 6 of them . I have heard that when Black shark mature they are known to get worse aggressively. I've had Redtail shark chase fish constantly so may have been a territorial issue as well.

I have a few of the albino variety. They pick on each other a lot but nothing that is damaging. There is definitely a pecking order the largest eats first. My biggest is pushing 5 inches.

Thank you. I'll keep an eye on mine. I did saw the albino variety. They look a kind of strawberry in color. I have a black one and one that is more greyish/blue.
