rainbow shark has what looks like patches but

doesn't look like columnaris. i have seen that before.

it looks like something has been biting the hell out of it but the marks on on both sides and pretty much the same spot. he is also the dominant fish in the tank.

the tank currently has ich and i am treating with salt and malachite green. could that be doing it?
