Rainbow shark not eating anything i throw at him

He just spits it out tried like everything, do they eat very small pieces or something? i tried algae, bloodworms, flakes, pellets, shrimp, Hes still swimming around fine tho

hmm thats weird. my rainbow its everything, bloodworms, tropical flakes, brime shrimp, chilid pellets. and some of that is large too

-Maintenance regimen
-Tank size
-Tankmates
-How long have you kept it?
-Water parameters (State exact results.)

If a fish refuses to eat, always watch for the appearance of its poo and consider adding garlic extracts on the food to encourage the fish to eat.

hes eating now, seems like he likes to eat in very small peices, thanks for the help tho

Hmmm? did you check any sighns for fungus?? caus when fish get fungus they dont eat anything...or your rainbow shark is a picky eater. Try feeding him parboiled zuccini! they love veggies tho. so try that.

it could be that or if the shark is new he could be picky an used to the pet shops food. thats the way mine was then i finnally got it onto that advanced nutrition flakes from hiariki.
