Rainbow Shark White Mouth

My Fainbkw shark has been extremely inactive these past couple days and his mouth looks as if it was bleached ? any idea what it could be ?

New world cichlids and 7 cory cats. However what makes me believe it’s not physical damage is because all he does is sit still now he is not active making me believe it’s not wounds but some kind of disease or fungus
