Rainbow Snakehead

Hi all

i have just got my first Rainbow snakehead and love him.

he is in my growout tank at the moment and want to move him on as quickly as possible.

what should i feed him to grow him up really fast?

whitebate,prawns and worms if you are to bizzy to dig them up yourself you can buy them from any fishing tackle shop(£5-00) a tub

what is white bait? how should i have the prawns? frozen and shelled?

whitebate is a small fish the prawns you can get from the super market just defrost them and rip them into small pieces

Thanks, will try and get hold of some white bait, will supermarkets sell it on the fish counter or will i have to get some from a fish shop?

i am frantically trying to get pics of him but he does not want to pose but when i do i will post a pic

im not being cruel to the snakehead but there is too much decor and there is no good shot because there is a bit of wood or something in the way.

no i mean the process of finding the fish having him pose to get a good shot then figuring out how to post pics sounds harsh...

the best place to get white bate is a chinnies super market like win yep but you should be able to get it in any good lfs try the shop were you got your snakehead from
