Can I keep a pair or trio of rainbow wolffish in a 75 gallon aquarium with driftwood, plants and rocks?
I was thinking of maybe adding a medium growing tetra species like maybe black skirt tetras or spotted silver dollars. What would good tankmates be?
Anything I should know about the rainbow wolffish?

Can do a pair but I’d go with one fish. Very intolerant of each other and very hard to predict gender. Need hiding spaces if the fish fish with each other. Can add a small catfish like a 4 line pimelodus or adult bumble bee catfish, like bufonis. Small tetras will get eaten eventually. Need a cover on the tank.

Thanks for the advice. Would 3 or 4 be pushing it in a 75 gallon or should I just stick to 1 and some tankmates?

Yes pushing it. Their aggressiveness would definitely be an issue by just adding 2, adding 4 would result in them killing each other

Ok thank you guys! I will get just 1. As far as decor, a big piece of driftwood and plants should be ok?
